Tent Rental Safety
Tent Rental Safety- Open flames are not permitted underneath a tent.
- Tents are considered temporary structures; therefore, in the event of severe weather (tornadoes, high winds and lightening) evacuate the tent immediately!
- In the event of inclement weather, do not try to secure any part of the tent (evacuate the tent). If there is a possibility of inclement weather, it is recommended that you take all sidewalls down. However, if severe weather has already approached, do not try to take the sidewalls down (evacuate the tent immediately).
- Under no circumstances should a customer alter any part of the tent after the tent has been set up.
- Tents should be set up on high ground. In the event of heavy rain, it is extremely dangerous to use electricity where flooding may occur.
